Thank you for using Sports Cappers Leaderboard ("SCL").

SCL is a marketplace that allows Users to discover sports content creators and connect with approved third-party storefronts and subscription platforms.

Purchases Through Third-Party Platforms

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases of subscriptions, memberships, premium content, or other products offered by Creators are made directly through independent third-party platforms, such as Winible, Whop, or other approved providers.

SCL is not the seller of these products and does not process payments for purchases made through third-party platforms.

Accordingly:

• SCL cannot issue refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.
• Refund eligibility, billing practices, subscription renewals, cancellations, payment disputes, and chargebacks are governed solely by the applicable third-party platform and the Creator offering the product or service.
• Users should review the applicable third-party platform's terms and refund policies before completing any purchase.

Purchases Made Directly Through SCL

If SCL offers products or services for purchase directly through the Platform in the future, any applicable refund terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase and may differ from this Policy.

This Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the SCL Terms of Service.
